Your Next Chapter Starts With
One Honest Question:
What do you want the next phase of your career to look like, and what is getting in the way?

03
Make the Move
Whether you are weighing a new role, feeling stuck with no clear next move, or sending out resume number 200 and getting nothing but an automated ‘no’, there is a way forward that starts with clarity instead of more guessing.
Maybe you’re a few years into a role that no longer stretches you, and you’re turning next steps over in your mind on the drive home.
Maybe an offer landed in your inbox, and you’re not sure if this is the right move.
Maybe nothing has changed in months and the ground under your career feels less firm than it used to.
Wherever you are on that list, the path forward starts the same way: get clear on what you want, name what makes you different, and leave with a plan you can act on this week.
Two ways to work with us
Choose the depth and pace that fits right now
Some people are ready for a fuller process, built with a small, virtual group over several weeks. Others want a shorter, focused engagement that gets them answers and a plan without the calendar commitment.
Both start from the same place: understanding what you bring and where it fits, in a job market that keeps shifting.
01 / Focused, One-on-One
Career Clarity Intensive
Short, targeted coaching sessions built around a practical, actionable assessment — for people who want answers first and a plan by the end of the call.
Not everyone is ready for 6 weeks. Some of you need something faster: an honest read on your strengths, a clear picture of where they fit in today’s market, and a plan you can start using immediately.
The conversation moves through 3 parts of the Intelligent Career Card System (ICCS) — Knowing Why, Knowing How, and Knowing Whom — then a one-on-one session with a certified career coach to build a concrete plan for your next 30, 60, and 90 days.
- A practical strengths assessment
- Your concrete 30 / 60 / 90-day plan
- One focused interpretation session
Best for: a tight timeline, direct answers, and immediate momentum.
02 / Immersive, Small Group
Career Extensions
The 6 week cohort for people ready to redefine their next chapter, not just update a resume.
This is a live, online experience for six weeks, built around a small group and two experienced coaches. Each week you meet with Jane Horan and Rob DeLange and work through the parts of your career story that a résumé never captures: your values, the moments that shaped you, what keeps you resilient when a search runs long, and the network you will need to carry your next move forward.
This path fits you if you have some runway, want the support of a group, and are ready to spend six weeks on work that changes how you see your own career, not just your next job title.
- A story you can tell with conviction
- A clear sense of the role you’re suited for
- A small community moving forward with you
Best for: people with runway who want group support and deeper reinvention.
Still deciding?
Here's the difference at a glance
Both paths start from the same belief:
you do not have to settle for a career that is less than what you want, and you do not have to figure out the next move alone.
You can always come back for the other one later. Both start from the same belief: you do not have to settle for a career that is less than what you want and you do not have to figure out the next move alone.
