Rob DeLange is President of Career Climb Consulting, an Adjunct Faculty Coach at the University of Denver, and a Master Practitioner at The Wiseman Group. Rob leads workshops and coaches executives around the world. He has worked with startup firms, mid-sized companies, and many global businesses across the Fortune 500 spectrum including 3M, Abbvie, AstraZeneca, AT&T, Charles Schwab, Cisco, eBay, LG Electronics, Roche, and Salesforce.

Rob has over 18 years of experience building corporate learning centers at global technology companies. Rob began his career as a systems analyst and programming supervisor at AT&T. At PeopleSoft (now Oracle) he was the product support manager, then led the technical training organization, where he was instrumental in achieving PeopleSoft’s recognition in the top five ATD 2004 BEST 100 training companies list. Rob went on to lead HR and field sales training functions in EMC’s software division, then worked as a talent management consultant at VISA Inc. building global career programs there before joining The Wiseman Group in 2011. He started his own consulting firm in 2014, guiding leaders to greater professional impact and career fulfillment.

Rob combines deep experience as a technologist, years of solid leadership and management experience in various functions, and a gift for teaching and coaching that has brought significant career growth to over 8000 people managers globally. His greatest talent is enabling business leaders to grow the people around them, creating lasting leadership legacies and high-performance teams.

Rob has extensive global experience, having worked in over 16 countries. He is SPHR certified and fluent in Spanish. He holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science at Brigham Young University and a Masters degree in Systems Management from the University of Denver.

Jonathan Thalberg is a leader in human resources with over 25 years of progressive global experiences and deep passions leading, coaching, mentoring, guiding, and motivating leaders and their teams.

Jonathan has a business mind and a heart focused on team health. His goals as a coach include being a trusted partner to help teams and individuals clear away clutter and allow everyone to see opportunities ahead.   His ability to journey with his clients provides comfort and confidence as people work to clarify their roadmaps to achieve goals quickly, effectively, and sustainably.

With his global experiences, Jonathan contributed to business growth and strategic accomplishments with high tech companies for many years.  His rich, wide, and insightful human resource & organizational development experiences combined with his coaching, team and leadership strengths, have allowed groups and individuals to achieve remarkable and sustainable results. As a project leader, Jonathan is able to build teams, create clarity, and execute on complex tasks ensuring results that are on time and within budgets. Employee satisfaction and incorporating feedback is included in these initiatives – collaboration drives results.

In his role as a facilitator, coach, teacher, and mentor, Jonathan has supported teams and individuals through complex changes, ambiguity, and significant barriers. His ability to be a guide in times of uncertainty and organizational unrest strengthens bonds and accelerates results. As a leader, helping teams implement large scale and global programs has demonstrated not only global impact, but long term satisfaction for customers and stakeholders.

Jonathan’s specialties include bridging teams, and aligning people, creating cultures rooted in trust, strengthening constructive conflict, accountability and providing a sharp focus on results. His passion for team cohesion and sharp focus on accountability has made impact on managers and teams resulting in healthier organizations that achieve results and strategic wins. 

Jonathan has held leadership roles with Cadence Design Systems, Synopsys, and EMC / Dell.  His drive to achieve results and foster a winning culture is at the core of everything he does.  His reputation is a team member who can be relied on for candid feedback, creative problem solving, analytical thinking, and a team member who delivers. While at EMC, Jonathan integrated teams all around the world and helped make teams feel more connected. He contributed to the success of an international, 1000 person R&D organization. Jonathan engaged with teams all across the US, England, France, Israel, China, Japan, India, and Australia.

In the early years, Jonathan contributed to customer success through training and corporate customer enablement. As a leader in the Hospitality Industry, he exercised his passion for the voice of the customer and was exposed to the challenges facing organizations to balance needs of the business while delivering results and providing delight for every customer. Jonathan holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis on Political Science and English. 

Jonathan has also facilitated workshops utilizing the Hogan Instrument, MBTI, Strengths Finder, DiSC, Organizational Health, and Personal Development Sessions produced by Franklin Covey. Jonathan is honored to support various levels of organizations through one on one, team coaching, and mentoring.

Jonathan is fortunate to reside in a glorious Pacific Northwest city near Portland, Oregon.

Irene Tsang founded Metta Works in 2014 after twenty years of experience in the Asian luxury retail industry. Authenticity and kindness are two of Irene’s core beliefs, and through Metta Works Irene aims to realize her vision that these qualities could co-exist with influential leadership and commercial successes.

Irene’s career in multi-national organizations include CHANEL Fragrance and Beauty Products, Clinique China, Cathay Pacific Airways and Tiffany & Co., and span the scope through sales, marketing, operations to learning and development.

As Sales & Operations Director for Tiffany Hong Kong and Macau, Irene successfully championed organizational restructuring in a rapid changing environment. Focusing on sales performance, strategic planning, personnel management, budget and operations, Irene was responsible for leading and managing a sales team of over one hundred members plus a customer service team.

As Head of Tiffany & Co.’s Education & Development for the Asia Pacific region, Irene supported the rapid growth of the regional markets by defining training strategy and provided coaching and management for the development of trainers and coaches in China, Korea, Australia and South East Asia.

Irene’s close work with business units and market leaders makes her an effective learning and development professional. She has designed and conducted training programs for sales and customer service teams, frontline and functional managers and leaders.

Irene’s proven ability in translating vision and strategy into actions, as well as high connectivity among a range of people in terms of positions, personalities and cultures means that she is often sought out as coach to leaders.

She continues to use her experience and expertise to help individuals and organizations build capability in communication and leadership.

Dr. Jane Horan is an expert in career transitions, unconscious bias and cross-cultural leadership.

An internationally-recognized speaker, she is the author of I Wish I’d Known That Earlier in My Career: The Power of Positive Workplace Politics published by John Wiley & Sons, a business book used by corporate universities globally, and How Asian Women Lead: Lessons for Global Corporations to show new perspectives on leadership and careers.

Her latest book on career purpose, published in 2018, is titled Now It’s Clear: The Career You Own. It is an accumulation of over 25-years of work and research working with individuals to find purpose at work.

Dr. Horan has written numerous articles on women leaders, office politics and career transitions for Bloomberg Business Week, Human Resource Review, Quartz, The Economist Intelligence Unit, South China Morning Post, The Straits Times and other publications.

With over 20 years of work experience with companies such as Kraft, Disney and GE, Jane uses her work knowledge to help organisations build inclusive and engaged workplaces. Her consulting work includes Fortune 100 firms such as: BP, Barclays, Credit Suisse, HSBC, KKR, Unilver, Covidien, HP, McDonalds, Microsoft, Monsanto, Jones Lang LaSalle, Syngenta, SingTel, Toshiba, AEON, VMWare, Globis, Hogan & Lovells, Simmons & Simmons and others. Through her advisory work, coaching and workshops, she provides both sound advice and practical tools to help organisations retain and engage global talent.

Dr. Horan has lectured in the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore, Singapore Management University and the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is currently a Senior Fellow with the Conference Board, a Senior Researcher on gender education at Hong Kong University and Adjunct Professor at the California Institute of Integral Studies.

She served for four years on the Board of Directors for the Singapore Council of Women’s Organisations (SCWO) and for two years on the Board of Governors for the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore .

Dr. Horan has lived, worked and studied in the US, China and Hong Kong, holds an Educational Doctorate from Bristol University and resides in Singapore. In 2008, she founded The Horan Group, a Singapore-based strategic consulting firm building inclusive work environments, emphasising leadership acceleration and workplace politics.
